Phase 1: Scope and Analysis
This phase is all about conversation and clarity, laying the foundation for a successful design partnership.
- On-Site Consultation:
Every great space begins with a good conversation! A paid 60-minute visit at your home to review all project details and for us to get to know your lifestyle. You'll receive a customized design fee proposal after this meeting. - Trade Day:
Once your proposal is accepted and signed, we arrange a day for the team to meet you and make the necessary trades in your home. This ensures everyone understands the full scope of work before the design process officially begins.
Phase 2: Concept Development
We translate your vision into a beautiful, tangible design plan.
- Concept and Budget Review:
Join the team for a virtual meeting to review initial design concepts, preliminary floor plans, and project pricing. This vital discussion gets us all on the same page before we dive into final selections and detailed drawings. - The Presentation:
This is the day you’ve been waiting for! In approximately 6–8 weeks, meet us at the ECI Studio to review your completed new designs. We present millwork drawings, wall treatment elevations, and floor plans, along with physical samples of all materials, fabrics, and finishes.
Phase 3: Design and Execution
The design comes to life through expert management and flawless installation.
- Ordering and Installations:
The ECI team manages this complex phase, placing all orders, overseeing receiving, and coordinating delivery and installation. We work closely with your contractor and trades to ensure the design is implemented precisely as detailed in our drawings. - Reveal Day:
The moment of transformation! Walk into your new, fully completed, and beautifully styled space. - Project Closure and Punch List Wrap-Up:
We remain committed until the very end, ensuring all outstanding items are completed and any final details are reconciled. Congratulations on your stunning new space!
